Our Yoga classes are suitable for all ages and all levels of experience and fitness and are offered at the following times:
Tuesdays – 10:45 a.m. to Noon
Wednesdays – 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Fridays – 3:45 to 5 p.m.
Saturdays – 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
